West Texas A&M University is located in the heart of the 806, and our incorporation of two distinct color ways represents both our rich university tradition and the natural beauty surrounding us. The traditional WTAMU spirit colors honor our legacy, while the addition of canyon colors pays homage to the stunning landscape of Palo Duro Canyon, reflecting the vibrant spirit of the region.

The ombre of colors, we call the canyon colors, represent Palo Duro Canyon, the second largest canyon in the country and within the 806! The canyon colors reflect the beauty of our region, while representing the unique landscape we have right in our backyard. Each variant below allows WT Athletics to showcase the logo in many forms using the university's brand colors.
