2018 (Junior):
Cook was a go-to arm for the Buffs during his junior campaign in 2018 as the Walsh, Colorado native saw time in 16 contests with 11 starts. He finished the season with an overall record of 9-4 with a 4.67 ERA in 79.0 innings of work, allowing 86 hits and 52 runs (41 earned) to go along with 86 strikeouts for an opposing batting average of .287. Cook was named a First Team All-Lone Star Conference performer for his efforts on the diamond.

At Lamar Community College: 
Pitched two years at Lamar Community College for head coach Scott Crampton. Named a 2017 Region IX First Team All-Conference selection and earned Honorable Mention All-America honors. In 2016, tossed 84.2 innings of work with a 2.34 ERA to go along with 109 strikeouts and a perfect 9-0 record for the Runnin' Lopes.

At Lamar High School:
Graduated from Lamar High School in 2015 where he played multiple positions and helped lead the team to an 18-2 record as a senior as he was named Tri-Peaks East Player of the Year and First Team All-Conference selection. Earned multiple All-State honors and had a 0.60 ERA with 92 strikeouts as a senior for head coach Dave Fassiotto.

Born December 29, 1996. Parents are Chad and Kristi Cook and he has two siblings. Majoring in Business Finance at WT.
