2017 Outdoor: Finished fifth in the 1,500-meters at the Lone Star Conference Championships in a personal best time of 4:48.34. She also finished eighth in the 800-meters after running 2:17.99 in the prelims to win her heat. Ran a personal best time of 2:16.71 in the 800m at the West Texas A&M Invitational where she finished third overall. Earlier in the season, she ran personal bests in the 1,500m on back-to-back days at the Beach Invitational and Bryan Clay Invitational. She was part of the 4x800-meter that finished eighth at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays running 9:14.24.
2017 Indoor: Finished sixth in the mile at the Lone Star Conference Championships running 5:32.29 during Sunday’s final after running the 1,200-meter leg on the distance medley that finished second on Saturday evening. She earned Second Team All-Conference honors for her run on the DMR. Ran a personal best time of 10:48.26 in the 3,000-meters at the GVSU Big Meet Saturday. Ran 5:20.95 in the mile at the GVSU Big Meet Friday which was a seasonal best.
2016 Outdoor: Finished eighth in the 1,500-meters at the Lone Star Conference Championships running a personal-best time of 4:56.38. She also finished 12
th in the 800-meters running 2:21.85. She ran a personal-best time of 2:21.37 in the 800 at the WT Classic & Multi en route to fifth place finish.
2016 Indoor: Finished sixth in both the mile and 800 meters at the LSC Indoor Championships. She ran a personal best time of 2:20.18 in the preliminaries of the 800. Ran a personal best time of 5:16.94 in the mile at the Pittsburg State Invitational.
2015 Cross Country: As a freshman, Spinler was the top finisher for the Lady Buffs in three races including three top-25 finishes. She was the top runner at the Chile Pepper Festival where ran a personal best time of 18:40.6 in the 5k. She ran a personal-best time of 24:03.3 at the LSC Championships in the 6k placing 21
st. Finished the season placing 103
rd at the South Central Regional in a time of 24:08.4 on the 6k course held at The Range.

High School: Graduated from Blue Springs High School in 2015 where she competed in the 400m, 800m, and 1600m. Earned all-state honors in 2015 and 2014 in the 4x800m relay. Personal bests of 2:17 (800m) and 5;12 (1600m).
