2019 Outdoor: Finished her four-year career with All-American honors in the shot put and discus at the NCAA DII Championships en route to helping the Lady Buffs finish fourth. She finished third in the discus with a seasonal best throw of 176-7 (53.83m) to pick up six points followed by a fifth-place finish in the shot put with a seasonal best toss of 51-9.75 (15.79m). Was named the Lone Star Conference Outstanding Female Field Athlete of the LSC Championships after winning the discus and shot put for the second time in her career. She also finished fourth in the hammer throw with a toss of 155-7 (47.43m). Finished ninth in the Section B of the discus at Texas Relays with a mark of 157-1 (47.89m). 

2019 Indoor:Earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (UTSFCCCA) Second Team All-American honors after finishing 12thin the shot put at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships with a mark of 48-7.5 (14.82m). Finished third in the shot put and weight throw at the Lone Star Conference Championships including a personal best mark of 54-2 (16.51m) in the weight throw. Won the weight throw at the ASU NCAA Qualifier with a toss of 52-4 (15.95m) while finishing second in the shot put.

2018 Outdoor: Finished 14th in the discus throw at the NCAA Championships in Charlotte, N.C. with a throw of 44.66-meters (146-6). She finished sixth in the shot put at the Lone Star Conference Championships with a throw of 13.29m (43-7.25). She also finished 11th in the discus throw. Won the discus throw at the ACU Wes Kittley Invitational with a throw of 52.31m (171-7). She finished second in the shot put and discus throw at the WT Classic & Multi.
 
2018 Indoor: Was a member of the Lady Buffs team that won the 2018 NCAA Division II Indoor Track Championship where she finished 13th in the shot put. She finished second in that event at the Lone Star Conference Championships with a mark of 14.89-meters (48-10.25). She also finished eighth in the weight throw. Won the shot put at The Quad with a throw of 14.63m (48-0) while finishing fifth in the weight throw.

2017 Outdoor:  Member of 2017 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field National Championship team where she won the discus and finished 9th in the shot put. Cunigan brought home the Lady Buffs second individual national title of the championships with a win in the discus with a school record throw of 53.92 meters (176-11) during Friday’s competition. She earned 2nd Team All-American honors after just missing out on scoring points in the shot put with a 9th place finish with a throw of 14.83 meters (48-8). Earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Region honors after ranking in the top five in the shot put and discus nationally for the second straight year. Earned 1st Team All-Lone Star Conference honors after winning the shot put for the second consecutive year. She also earned 2nd Team All-LSC honors in the discus after finishing second in that event. Broke the school record in the discus at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays where she finished in the “A” Section with a throw of 53.45 meters (175-4). She also threw over 53 meters in the discus at the Wes Kittley Invite where she finished second with a mark of 53.25 meters (174-8). Had seasonal best performance in the shot put at the WKI where she threw an automatic qualifying mark of 15.73 meters (51-7.25) en route to winning the event. She won the shot put and discus at the West Texas A&M Last Chance.

2017 Indoor: Finished third in the shot put at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships to become just the second athlete in school history to earn All-American honors as a freshman and sophomore at the indoor championships. She broke her own school and Lone Star Conference record on her sixth and final attempt with a throw of 15.41 meters (50-6.75). Earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Association (USTFCCCA) 1st Team All-American honors for her performance at the NCAA meet. Earned First Team All-Lone Star Conference honors as she won her second consecutive indoor shot put title at the LSC meet with a mark of 14.66 meters (48-1.25). She ranked in the top five in the nation throughout the season after breaking the school record with a throw of 15.37 meters (50-5.25) at the ASU Early Grizzly Open in December. She came within inches of breaking that record at the Grizzly/Buffalo Clash where she threw 15.36 meters (50-4.75) to win the event. Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the shot put.

2016 Outdoor: She became the freshman in school history to earn All-American honors in two events at the same championships after finishing second in the discus and seventh in the shot put at the NCAA Championships. She broke her own school and freshman record in the discus throwing 172-4 (52.54m) on her first attempt of the championships. Her second place finish is also the highest finish by a freshman in school history. She was also named USTFCCCA South Central Women’s Field Athlete of the Year for finishing the regular season ranked second in the shot put and third in the hammer throw. She also won the discus and shot put at the Lone Star Conference Championships and earned All-Conference honors for her efforts. She broke the school, freshman and LSC record in the shot put at the Division II South Central Region Challenge with a throw of 53-1 (16.18m).

2016 Indoor: Cunigan had one of the best freshman years by a thrower in school history finishing the season earning All-American honors in the shot put, breaking two freshman records and winning her first career Lone Star Conference individual title. She finished sixth at the NCAA Indoor Championships with a personal-best mark of 14.84 meters. That mark broke her own freshman record and ranks No. 3 all-time in school history. She joined Libby Strickland as the only other athlete to earn All-American honors in a field event as a freshman. She also won the shot put at the LSC Championships with a mark of 14.71 meters. She also finished sixth in the weight throw at the same championships in a personal-best mark of 15.15 meters. She was named USTFCCCA All-Region for her performance in the shot put.

High School: Graduated from Wills Point High School in 2015 where she competed in the shot put and discus. Cunigan was a regional champion in the shot put and finished fifth at the state meet. Also lettered in the volleyball and basketball.

Personal: Born on June 25, 1997. Daughter of Billy and Regina Cunigan. Has three siblings, Maverick, Heather and Holly. Majoring in nursing at West Texas A&M.
