2014 Season Stats

Career Stats:  Has played in 32 games with six starts.  Has 58 recpetions for 640 yards and five touchdowns. 

2014: Had 31 catches for 242 yards and two touchdowns as a junior.  Averaged 7.8 yards per catch and 22.0 yards per game.  Played in 11 games with three starts.  Had a season-high nine receptions for 96 yards against McMurry (Nov. 8).  Also had nine receptions at Eastern New Mexico (Nov. 1). Recorded 242 all-purpose yards.  Had two solo tackles.  Tallied one kick return.

2013: Played in 13 games with two starts as a sophomore against Western State and Chadron State.  Had 16 receptions for 249 yards and two touchdowns.  Tallied a season-high four receptions for 71 yards at McMurry, while recording touchdowns at Texas A&M-Kingsville and against Central State.  Had one passing attempt in the NCAA playoff win at Ohio Dominican, where he also recorded one assisted tackle. 

2012: Saw action in the final eight games of the season with one start as a true freshman. Had 11 receptions for 149 yards and one touchdown.  Scored his touchdown at West Georgia as he tallied a career-high five receptions for 90 yards with a 62-yard strike for the score.

Sonora High School: Played on both sides of the ball for head coach David Sine.  Helped lead his team to a 12-1 record as a senior.  Was a coaches poll honorable mention all-state selection.  Was an all-West Texas wide receiver selection and earned first team all-district accolades.  Had 59 catches for 1,007 yards and 16 touchdowns as a senior.  Earned academic all-district honors and was a member of National Honor Society.

Personal: Born March 11, 1994.  Parents are Anita and Keith Hudson.  Has one sibling John Hudson.  Plans on majoring in business with a criminal justice minor at WT.
