Trace Hansen 2015 Statistics

2015: Started in all 55 games in the infield for the Buffs… Hit .300 with 40 runs scored, 61 hits, 10 doubles, three triples and four home runs… Had 29 RBI and 89 bases while slugging .438… Reached base at a .397 clip and 110 put outs with 143 assists and just six errors for a .977 fielding percentage… Had 20 multi-hit games with five multi-RBI games… Was tied for the team-high five steals on 10 attempts… Had two different five game hit streaks throughout the season.

BYU: Played in 58 games with 38 starts for the Cougars in two seasons...Had 46 hits with 11 doubles and one triple while hitting .284...He slugged .364, while reaching base at a .324 clip.

Mountain Crest High School: Had a standout career in high school earning first team all-state three times and honorable mention all-America...Won a state championship in 2009...Also was very successful in golf where he was the region 5 MVP and finished 10th at state....He also was a member of National Honor Society.

Personal: Born Dec. 28, 1993...Parents are Stephen and Jill Hansen...Has one sibling...Plans on majoring in sports and exercise science at WT.
