GENERAL: Coming from the traditionally-strong Blinn College football program, Jones will be looked upon to fill a vacancy on the Buffs’ defensive line.
 
JUNIOR COLLEGE: Jones was a two-year standout at defensive tackle for coach Brad Franchione’s Blinn College Buccaneers.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Jones earned multiple honors as a defensive lineman for the Columbia (West Columbia, Texas) HS Roughnecks.
 
MAJOR: Jones is undecided on an academic major at WTAMU.
