2022 Outdoor: Ranked 2nd in the 400-meter hurdles. Finished 1st in the 400-meter hurdles and the 4x400-meter relay at the LSC Championship. Finished 10th in the 200-meter at the Ross Black Track and Field Open. Finished 2nd in the finals of the 400-meter hurdles at the NCAA Division II National Championship with a personal best time of 49.68 and breaking the WT 400-meter hurdles school record, also finished 3rd running a leg in the 4x400-meter relay with a season best time of 3:06.52, and breaking the WT 4x400-meter school record.
Aspire Academy: Graduated in 2019. Finished second at the World Junior Championships (U20) in 2018. In his senior campaign he ran 49.33 in the 400-meter hurdles and 45.88 in the 400. Ran 49.45 in the 400m hurdles and 45.88 in the 400 his junior season.
