2022 Outdoor: Ranked 3rd in the 100-meter, 23rd in the 200-meter, and 1st in the 4x100-meter relay. Finished 1st in the 4x100-meter relay at the Jo Meaker Classic. Finished 1st in the 100-meter at the Ross Black Track and Field Open. Finished 7th in the 200-meter with a personal best time of 20.97 at the Jo Meaker Classic. Finished 28th in the 100-meter with a personal best time of 10.52 at the 94th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays.
2022 Indoor: Ranked 7th in the 60-meter. Earned First Team All-American honors by finishing 8th in the 60-meters at the NCAA Division II Championships. Finished 2nd in the 60-meter prelims then 4th in the finals with a season best of 6.70 at the Texas Tech Shootout. Finished 6th In the 200-meter with a season best of 21.56 at the New Mexico Classic.
New Mexico Junior College: 200-meter school record holder. NJCAA All-American. Finished 5th in the 60-meter dash at 2021 NJCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships. Also finished 21st in the 200m.
Gasparillo Secondary School: Graduated in 2016.
Personal: Born on August 21, 1998. Son of Monique and Nigel Purcell. Has two siblings. Plans on majoring in physical science.
