2024 Indoor: Competed in the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships in the mile with a time of 4:49.53, in the 3000m with a time of 9:26.26 (4th place), and in the Distance Medley Relay with a time of 11:30.70 (10th place). Also competed in the Lone Star Indoor Track and Field Championships in the mile with a time of 4:56.80 (1st place), in the 3000m with a time of 9:46.69 (3rd place), and in the Distance Medley Relay with a time of 11:51.63 (1st place). Earned USTFCCCA All-Region and First-Team & Second-Team All American honors
2023 Cross Country: Finished second at the NCAA Division II Cross Country National Championships with a personal best time of 19:45.2 in the 6k earning All-America honors. Also finished second in the NCAA Division II South Central Region Championships with a time of 20:23.2. Finished first in the LSC Championships with a time of 20:27.9 earning 1st-Team All-LSC honors.
2023 Outdoor: Competed in the 1500m (4:45.99) and the 3000m Steeplechase (10:22.76) at the NCAA Division II Championships earning 1st-and-2nd-Team All-America honors. Earned 1st-Team All-LSC honors at the LSC Championships by finishing first in the 1500m (4:36.44) and in the 3000m Steeplechase (10:33.12). Ran personal best times at the Bryan Clay Invitational in the 1500m (4:18.72) and the 3000m Steeplechase (9:57.76).
2023 Indoor: Finished third at the NCAA Division II Championships in the Mile with a time of 4:51.48 earning 1st-Team All-America honors. Ran a personal best 3000m at the Last Chance Indoor National Qualifier at BU with a time of 9:08.10. Earned 1st-Team All-LSC honors by finishing first in the Mile (5:00.99), second in the 3000m (10:12.49) and second in the DMR (12:13.60). Ran a personal best Mile at the GVSU Big Meet with a time of 4:40.56.
2022 Cross Country: Finished 3rd at the LSC Championship. Finished 6th at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championship with a personal best time of 20:50.2 in the 6k. Finished 2nd at the NCAA Division II South Central Region Cross Country Championship. Finished 4th at the Big Country XC Festival with a personal best time of 14:01.90 in the 4k. Finished 1st at the NMJC Cross Country Invitational II. Finished 2nd at the Texas Tech open in the 6k.
2022 Outdoor: Ranked 1st in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, 15th in the 800-meter, and 18th in the 1,500-meter. National Champion in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a personal best time of 10:07.77. Finished 1st in the 800-meter at the LSC Championship. Finished 1st in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the 94th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays. Finished 1st in the 5,000-meter at the TTU Masked Rider Open. Finished 1st in the 800-meter with a personal best time of 2:08.72 at the Jo Meaker Classic. Finished 2nd in the 1,500-meter with a personal best time of 4:24.78 at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
2022 Indoor: Ranked 23rd in the 5,000-meter. Finished 1st in the 3,000-meter and the 5,000-meter at the LSC Championships. Ran a personal best time of 16:55.15 in the 5,000-meter at the GVSU Big Meet.
2021 Cross Country: Finished 2nd at the LSC Cross Country Championship. Finished 30th at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championship. Finished 6th at the NCAA Division II South Central Region County Championship with a personal best time of 20:56.2 in the 6k. Finished 2nd at the Missouri Southern Stampede with a personal best time of 16:44.9 in the 5k.
2021 Outdoor: Finished 14th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at NCAA DII Championships after running 11:05.87 in the final. First Team All-Lone Star Conference. Won the 1,500-meter and 3,000m steeplechase at the LSC Championships. Ran 4:41.52 to win the 1,500m after running 10:59.96 to win the Lady Buffs first title in the 3,000m steeplechase. Broke the program record in the 3,000m steeplechase at the WT Last Chance, 10:42.37. Also ran 10:43.74 to win the event at the GVSU Extra Weekend. Ran a personal best time of 4:33.08 in the 1,500-meter at the Bobcat Invitational. USTFCCCA All-Region (3,000m steeplechase).
2021 Indoor: Second Team All-American. Ran a leg on the distance medley relay that finished 9th at the NCAA DII Championships with the fastest time in the program history, 11:56.39. First Team All-Lone Star Conference. Was part of the DMR that won in 12:26.37 while finishing 2nd in the 800-meters, 2:22.16, and 3rd in the mile, 5:15.05. Finished 2nd in the 3,000-meters at the Texas Tech Shootout, 10:19.64. Ran 5:10.44 in the mile at the Washburn Open.
Iowa Central: Eight-time All-American. 2020 NJCAA Half Marathon Champion. Was one of the top XC runners in the NJCAA in 2020 but was unable to run in the championships due to COVID-19 regulations. Finished second in the 3,000-meters at the 2020 NJCAA Indoor Championships. Also finished fourth in the mile and eighth in the 1,000-meters while running a leg on the distance medley relay that finished second. Regional champion in the 1,000m, DMR and 4x800-meter relay. Finished fifth at the 2019 NJCAA XC Championships. Finished third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, 5,000-meters and 4x800m at the 2019 NJCAA Outdoor Championships.
