2021: Saw time in 10 games for the Buffs in 2021, finishing the season with eight catches for 174 yards and a touchdown. He also returned five kickoffs for 67 yards with a long of 22. Registered a season-high two catches against UT Permian Basin, Western New Mexico and Colorado School of Mines. Caught a season-long 50 yard pass against the Orediggers at Buffalo Stadium.

At Kansas: Comes to Canyon as a graduate transfer from the University of Kansas, appearing in 21 games over his four seasons in Lawrence. Kaufman excelled in the classroom as a two-time Academic All-Big 12 Football honoree for the Jayhawks.

At Pratt High School: Voted a team captain his senior season at Pratt High School where he helped the Greenbacks to a 12-1 record and a 2016 Kansas Class 4A Division II State Championship. He is the PHS single-season record holder for points with 190 while holding the Greenbacks’ career record for return yardage with 1,131. He was named a Class 4A DII All-State defensive back by the Topeka Capital-Journal.
