Biography

2021: Saw time in a pair of games for the Buffs in 2021. Registered one tackle in the season finale against Bethel College at Buffalo Stadium.

2020: Appeared in five games  including one start as a redshirt freshman. Recorded five tackles including a season-high three in the season opener against Oklahoma Panhandle State. Also recorded two tackles in the Buffs’ 56-0 victory over North American.

Friona High School: Graduated in 2019. Earned 1st Team All-District honors as a tight end and linebacker as a senior and junior. Also lettered in track & field and powerlifting. 
 
Personal: Born on October 7, 2000. Son of Nancy Hernandez and Dale Perez. Has one sibling. Plans on majoring in environmental science at WT.
