Biography

2020: Appeared in five games on the defensive line for the Buffs. Recorded four tackles and a forced fumble in his first season in Canyon. He forced a fumble that was returned for a touchdown by Satchel Escalante in WT’s 56-0 victory over North American on Halloween. 

Monterey Peninsula College: Mendoza earned 1st Team All-Conference as a senior after ranking third in the state in sacks (12.5). He was also part of a Lobo team that won the Living Breath Bowl. 
 
Alisal High School: Graduated in 2016. Earned 1st Team All-Conference honors as a senior. 
 
Personal: Born on April 2, 1998. Son of Martha Tapia and Alfredo Medoza. Has three siblings. Plans on majoring in mechanical engineering at WT.
