CANYON, TEXAS – West Texas A&M Athletics has put together another impressive campaign in the classroom as the department finishes 2025-26 school year with a 3.123 grade point average.
 
The school year featured 13 of the 14 programs above a 3.0 GPA highlighted by 10 above a 3.2 GPA. 65 different student-athletes registered a perfect 4.0 GPA as West Texas A&M tallied 11,173 total hours in the classroom.
 
Lady Buff Golf led the way with a 3.695 GPA followed by the men's golf program (3.667) and Lady Buff Volleyball (3.620).
 
West Texas A&M enters the spring scoring season ranked 10^th in the Division II Learfield Directors' Cup standings with the final results announced on June 9^th.
