CANYON, Texas – Registration continues for the final West Texas A&M men's soccer camp of the summer as Butch Lauffer and the Buffaloes host their annual August ID Camp on August 10^th at The Pitch in Canyon.
 
The camp is open for ages 14-22 and registration is $150. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. with the camp running from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. inside of the Buffalo Sports Complex.
 
Lauffer enters his 35th season as head men's soccer coach at West Texas A&M University. Lauffer is now the longest tenured head coach in West Texas A&M history in a storied career dating back to 1991. During his tenure, Lauffer coached the men to 31 consecutive non-losing seasons from 1993 to 2023 and the women to 12-plus victories in 12 seasons. Lauffer has recorded a 382-178-59 (.665) record at the helm of the Buffs with a 572-245-75 (.683) overall record at WT.
