How It Happened
The Buffs and Greyhounds exchanged blows from behind the arc to start the game, igniting the home crowd immediately. After ENMU grabbed a one-point lead, WT responded by taking a lead of its own, stretching it to seven with 13:53 to play in the half. The Buffs' lead hovered around the five-point mark until a 10-2 run with four minutes to go in the half pushed the advantage to 12. A six-point streak from the Greyhounds brought the game back within six before a Kemper Jones three sent the teams to the locker room with WT up nine.

After halftime, an extended 10-2 run from ENMU brought the game back within one before back-to-back buckets from Pagotto kept WT in front. Midway through the half, a Greyhounds three tied the game before a jumper gave ENMU its first lead since the 17:45 mark in the first half. With 3:33 to play in regulation a pair of free throws by Cougar Downing extended the Greyhounds lead to double digits. In the final 3:07, a 12-2 run from WT tied the game and sent the contest to overtime.

The Buffs and Greyhounds played to a tie in the first overtime period with both teams scoring eight points. In the second overtime, ENMU opened with three points before eight unanswered gave WT a lead it wouldn't let go. With less than a second to play, a pair of free throws from Mohammed capped the scoring at 95-90.

The Buffs will play their LSC Quarterfinal game on Friday, March 7 at the Comerica Center in Frisco, Texas
