SAN ANGELO, Texas – The West Texas A&M Lady Buffs are once again the Lone Star Conference Champions after sweeping past St. Edward's (25-16, 25-14, 25-21) in the championship match to claim the program's 16^th overall conference title.  With Saturday's victory, WT receives the LSC's automatic bid to the NCAA South Central Regional tournament.  
 
The Lady Buffs enter the NCAA postseason 23-4 overall while SEU saw its season come to an end, finishing the year 16-12.  WT hit .208 in the championship match as the Lady Buffs registered 42 kills with 15 errors on 130 attacks alongside three service aces, 13 blocks, 41 assists and 72 digs. 
 
Torrey Miller led the Lady Buffs offense throughout the conference postseason tournament to earn All-Tournament MVP honors.  The Brownwood product finished the night with 14 kills on 38 swings to hit .237 with five errors to go along with 11 digs for her 12^th double-double of the season. 
 
Kayla Elliott and Chandler Vogel were also named to the All-Tournament Team for their performances in the tournament.  Elliott recorded seven kills with a team-high eight blocks tonight while Vogel collected 60 total digs through three matches.  Freshman Blair Moreland dished out 23 assists to pace the Lady Buffs offense and Abi Nash led the back row, posting a team-high 17 digs.  
 
The Lady Buffs will now wait for their seedings in the South Central Regional Championships as they entered the weekend as the regions eighth seed.  The top-seeded team in the region will host the eight-team single elimination tournament set for Dec. 2-4.  
 
The NCAA Division II volleyball selection committee will announce the pairings for the 2021 postseason live via an online selection show set for Monday, Nov. 22 at 6:30 p.m. CT.  The winner from the regional tournament will advance to the NCAA DII Elite Eight in Tampa, Fla., on Dec. 9-11.
