With the loss, the Buffs fell to 25-14 on the year and 16-10 in Lone Star Conference play. ENMU improved to 12-23 overall and 8-15 in league play.
A total of four errors plagued the Buffs in the loss as ENMU scored five unearned runs in the contest. WT scored two runs on five hits and left 10 on base going 2 of 15 with runners on and 1 of 11 with runners in position.

Justin Disbro took the loss as he fell to 3-4 on the year, going 2.2 innings, allowing seven hits, six runs – three earned, one walk and one strikeout.
ENMU had six players with two or more hits in the contest. Clyde Kendrick went six innings, allowing four hits, two earned runs with four walks and six strikeouts as he improved to 2-0 on the year.
The Greyhounds plated three runs in the second inning on a two RBI double from Chris Sandberg and a single from Dylan Nault plating a run unearned. Three more runs scored in the third with two unearned for a 6-0 lead. ENMU added a run in the fourth for a 7-0 advantage.
WT plated two runs in the fifth on a March RBI single to second and a ground out RBI for a 7-2 score. ENMU then added single runs in the sixth and seventh for a 9-2 lead.
The Buffs return home to host Lubbock Christian on Tuesday at 6 p.m. at Wilder Park and then at home next weekend in a three-game series against Angelo State.
