The inaugural Lone Star Conference Spring Championship Festival will be held on the campus of West Texas A&M University on May 2-6, 2013 at the Buffalo Sports Park. The festival will begin with an opening ceremony at the Palo Duro Canyon before featuring multiple days of competition in the LSC’s baseball, softball, and outdoor track & field championships at Buffalo Sports Park on the WTAMU campus.

OPENING CEREMONY
- Each student-athlete is invited to the 2013 Lone Star Conference Spring Festival Opening Festival, on Thursday night at the First United Bank Center in Canyon. Teams will be scheduled to start arriving in shifts beginning at 6:00 p.m. followed by a short presentation with KAMR's Michael Spencer acting as the MC for the evening. Feldman's Wrong Way Diner of Canyon will provide a BBQ dinner for each athlete followed by a presentation by "TEXAS".

The winners of the Baseball and Softball tournament will claim the league's automatic qualifying position into the NCAA Division II Championships.

Buffalo Sports Park

The Buffalo Sports Park is located on Russell Long Boulevard on the on the northeast corner of the West Texas A&M campus. The facility includes competition fields for soccer, track and field, softball and baseball along with tennis courts, outdoor basketball courts, three intramural fields for flag football and slow-pitch softball and practice facilities for football, soccer and the WTAMU Marching Band. Below are direction to the Buffalo Sports Park from each Lone Star Conference institution.

Tickets

Tickets can be purchased in advance at the WTAMU Athletics Ticket Office, located at the First United Bank Center, and will be available at the gate. For more informaion please contact the ticket office at (806) 651-1414.

All tickets will be considered General Admission seats and they are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Visiting fans are requested to move to either side of the stands following the conclusion of their team's game to allow for the next set of fans to be able to watch their institution's game.

All purchased tickets will be held at the Main Gate and be distributed at the beginning of the first day of competition, the WT Ticket Office will not mail any tickets. 

Fans can purchase a Single Session Day Pass for each day of competition or an All-Festival Pass that is good for admission into all five days of competition. Fans with a Valid Student ID from a participating institution or who are 18 Years & Younger are qualified to receive the Youth Admission Price, college students may be asked to present their Student ID at the gate.
